At the current time, the instances of the RoboReel™ Cord Reel and the RoboReel™ Hose Reel being offered by Great Stuff™, Inc. are introductory versions of these products and may not have all of the functionality or options available in future versions.  We would ask that you provide feedback to Great Stuff™, Inc. regarding your opinions of these introductory units.  We will be sending you a short survey asking your opinions regarding our products.   

Return Policy

If, within 30 days of purchase you wish to return your RoboReel™ Cord Reel or RoboReel™ Hose Reel, please contact us at customerservice@greatstuffinc.com to receive an RMA number and return instructions.  Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please note that you will be solely responsible for return freight charges and Great Stuff™, Inc. will charge you a $50 re-stocking fee for each such returned product.

Limited Warranty

Your RoboReel™ Cord Reel or RoboReel™ Hose Reel has a 36 month or 3600 wind, whichever comes first, "bumper to bumper" warranty and is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship and to work in accordance with the applicable user manual for such product at the time of purchase. If you experience any defect in your  RoboReel™ Cord Reel or RoboReel™ Hose Reel and you return such product to Great Stuff™, Inc. in the product’s original packaging within 36 month or 3600 winds, whichever comes first, from your date of purchase, Great Stuff™, Inc. will repair or replace any defective part of such product at no charge. Please note that you will be solely responsible for return freight charges. Also note, however, that this warranty will not be honored in the event of any damage caused by acts of God, war, abuse, misuse, return transit, alteration, or if any of the following occur:

1.    The product is no longer owned by the original owner

2.    The product has been tampered with beyond regular maintenance

3.    Parts, other than those sold through Great Stuff, Inc., have been integrated into the product

4.    The product has been modified in any way

There are no other warranties other than THE WARRANTY expressly set forth above, and all implied warranties are hereby disclaimed, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  The above-described warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
